Q. Will my child be able to read and write as soon as possible?
Every child develops reading and writing at their own pace, but we’re here to make sure they get there confidently. Our teachers use fun, proven methods—like songs, stories, and games—to build those skills step-by-step, starting with letters and sounds, then words and sentences. We keep a close eye on each child’s progress and adjust our teaching to fit their needs. Normally, by the end first year in kindergarten, most of our pupils are reading and writing comfortably, and your child will too, with our support and your encouragement at home.
Q. Can I call at any time when I have queries?
Absolutely, we’re here for you whenever you have questions or concerns. Your peace of mind matters to us and you can call the school during our office hours, which are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our staff will be happy to assist you. And if it’s about your child specifically, we’ll connect you with their teacher or someone who can help right away. We also have dedicated lines for calls if need be after school hours and the matter is urgent. Feel free to leave a message if the call didn’t go through, and we’ll get back to you immediately we recieve it. We want you to feel welcome to reach out anytime you need us
Q. Can I pay schools fees instalmentally?
Yes, we can arrange for installment payments! Let’s sit down together and figure out a plan that fits your budget. Maybe by spreading it over a few months or aligning it with your pay schedule. We’ll just need to agree on the amounts and dates upfront so we can keep everything running smoothly here too.
Q. How do you handle bullying in your school?
We take bullying very seriously and it’s not welcome here. If it happens, we step in quickly. We talk to the children involved, listen to all sides, and work out a solution. We teach confidence so our pupils may speak out. We also make them understand the serious consequences involved if caught bullying. Our teachers watch for signs and teach the kids about kindness and respect every day. If your child is ever affected, we’ll let you know right away. And you notice anything similar, kindly call our attention to it quickly and let’s sort it out together.
Q. How secure is the school?
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We’ve got strict measures in place with our trained staff on duty at all times, secure entrances, and regular safety drills so everyone knows what to do. We also keep a close eye on the children during breaks and trips. If anything concerns you, please let me know right away. We’re here to make sure you feel confident about their time with us.”
